Our church is always looking for volunteer leaders to serve on our team in the student ministry. We believe that a major component of a solid youth ministry is the building of relationships between adult staff and students. Relationships are keys to a student feeling loved and understanding God’s love in practical ways. When students are connected to mature Christian adults, real spiritual growth takes place in their lives. This is because they have authentic models to pattern themselves after.

The quality of our staff is very important! We are looking for men and women who have a commitment to Christ and a desire to care for students. With the aid of prayer and careful consideration, I ask you read this packet of information. I then encourage you to observe one of our youth services before making a decision as to whether or not to proceed down this path towards being actively involved in the FBJB youth ministry. If you decide that God may be leading you in our direction then fill out the application. Because we place great value on this ministry, we place great value on our staff and on the steps necessary to become part of our team!
