About Our Middle School Student Ministry

A week: 7 days. 168 hours. 604,800,000,000 nanoseconds. Maybe you need something to break it up. Maybe you need a vacation or a little inspiration. Maybe you need to check out the middle school student ministry of FBJB. For students in grades 6-8 we meet every Wednesday night for games, food, cool people just like you, loud music, and absolutely NO HOMEWORK! And, if you’re like anyone else, you’re probably facing some tough issues, so we’ll tackle those too. Every Wednesday night we’re getting vertical and going after God…so what are you doing this week?

Services

Wednesday nights we open the doors at 6:30pm for hanging out and having some fun with tons of cool kids just like you. At 7pm we crank up the volume, plug in the amps and worship God with music, laughter and teaching from His word. We end at 8pm. You’ll find us upstairs in “The Attic” just behind the main auditorium on the second floor of the education building.

On Sunday mornings, middle school students meet in The Attic at 9am for small group time that we call “Life Groups”. Teens break out into grade specific and gender specific groups with some of the most amazing adult leaders you’ll ever meet. During this time they’ll dig into and discuss God’s word and how it applies to their lives in the more intimate surroundings of a small group of friends.
